My client in Essex is looking for an Operations Executive to join their busy transport and logistics team.
Duties will include:
Inputting and updating information on a daily basis and any deviances of information received from the manufacturer are to be notified to your line manager.
-Creating and updating packs as and when information requires.
-Entering required information to the purchasing system to capture all deal approvals/disapprovals in a timely manner to efficiently process deals through to completion.
-Adding rental hires for active customers when either collected or delivered from new.
-Communicate with customers to obtain updated insurance certifications, ensuring there is an audit trail and updating to ensure company assets are protected.
-Support all operational customer queries and investigations.
-Support analysis’s and reports.
-Confirm confirmation details on the relevant System.
-Produce daily/weekly KPI Reports.
