My client in Basildon is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to help with the following:
Help to plan and organise company exhibitions, product launches and conferences to meet corporate standards and objectives.
Support the Brand Marketing Manager at press launches and briefings. Responsible for ATL Advertising activities. Point of reference for Corporate identity.
Exhibitions – organise and plan company exhibitions.
Organise and plan company/dealer conferences.
Dealer Support – provide support service and exhibition equipment.
Display material – ensure all display systems are up to date.
Organise and plan local product launch events.
Organise local product / corporate press events (venues, content, etc).
Proof read and amend corporate brochures and press releases to ensure. correct translation into English is ensured.
Develop data capture processes for all events.
Liaise with Press on product / corporate issues.
Liaise with Turin and Local Advertising Agency and Media Agency.
Develop ATL Campaigns and media schedules.
Develop templates for quarterly dealer advertising campaigns.
Manage Corporate Identity.
Budgetary control – provide Brand Marketing Manager with quarterly reports.
Originate invoices and credit notes as well as internal recharges.
Raise and approve for payment all departmental orders (circa 500 per annum).
Assist with the organisation of Factory visits.
Promotional Merchandise – ensure adequate supply of merchandise and corporate gifts are available.
PC Literate (MS Office Suite / SAP) knowledge of Photoshop is very desirable.
Excellent written and oral skills.
Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills.
Numerate / good budget control.
Ability to deal with internal and external staff at all levels.
Ability to work within a confidential environment when necessary.
Must be prepared to travel and spend time away from home.
