My client in Peterborough is a growing, dynamic company operating in a fast-paced business environment and have an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Team Leader.
The successful applicant will be responsible for a medium sized team that deal with inbound and outbound calls from their customers. Your team will professionally handle each call whilst providing support and assistance as well as capturing detailed information.
Effective communication skills and a high attention to detail are essential. Previous customer service Team Leader experience is essential and you must be fully competent on Microsoft Office packages. Full training will be provided and ongoing support will be in place.

-Ideally suited if you have previously worked in the Financial Services Sector.
-Have team management experience –establishing and managing a team’s performance against set targets.
-Be motivational – you’ll have demonstrable experience coaching and developing Sales Executives to achieve their maximum potential.
-Communication skills – you’ll be accurate and motivational, delivering regular communications to your team as well as being comfortable presenting information to Senior Management in a concise and coherent manner at internal meetings.
-Possess excellent written and oral communication skills- can deal with the business and is open to being challenged.
